Numbers need context. LED count is not a measure of effectiveness. Output figures use different, often unspecified measurement conditions and are not a laboratory comparison.
Prices mix EU, UK and US references. Currencies are not converted; older prices are labeled and are not current offers.
See where each mask’s reported wavelengths sit. This is a map of light output, not a map of clinical performance.
Nominal wavelengths; Dr. Renú’s red range is shown at both endpoints. Nanoleaf’s green values differ by mode.

We start with the nine models in LED Mask Specs and add CurrentBody Series 3. Manufacturer information takes precedence where a checked page supplies clearer or newer details.
This page compares reported specifications. It does not independently test devices, assess clinical effectiveness or recommend one mask over another. How to read each specification
Every model gets the same columns and an alphabetical position. No scores, awards or preferred placement.
“Not found on checked page” means a numeric value was not located in that source during this review. It does not establish that the brand never publishes it.
Irradiance is power per unit area. Distance, mode, duty cycle and measurement method matter. Higher numbers alone do not establish better results. Dose is omitted because comparable protocols are not available for every mask.
Regulatory claims and reference prices retain their source status. FDA clearance, CE marking and clinical evidence describe different things; none is treated as a performance score.
What was checked, what changed, and what remains uncertain.
Manufacturer page confirms 236 LEDs, 633/830/1072 nm and 10-minute sessions (checked 31 Oct 2026). Irradiance is retained from LED Mask Specs. The price was rechecked on the manufacturer EU page on 31 Oct 2026.

Six wavelengths, four presets and app-customised treatments. The checked page does not supply a numeric irradiance; Series 2 output is not substituted.

¹ Manufacturer lists 100 red + 60 blue lights, totalling 160, but the same page also says “up to 100 lights”. LED Mask Specs states 162. The page’s comparison table lists 630 nm red and 415 nm blue alongside 605 nm amber and 880 nm near-infrared, apparently across the brand’s device range; only red and blue are shown here.

Values shown are nominal wavelengths. The manufacturer page now gives approximate channel peaks of 630 nm red, 458 nm blue, 517 nm green and 850 nm near-infrared, nine modes, and 10–15 minutes, 3–4 times weekly. Earlier figures listed a 26.9–50.0 mW/cm² mode range.

108 bulbs with four LEDs each. Manufacturer now lists output by mode and a 1–30 minute timer; recommended use is 5–10 minutes. Green is listed as 520 nm in one mode and 525 nm in blends. These update the older comparison snapshot. The 31 Oct 2026 page confirms 850 nm near-infrared in every colour mode and a 1–30 minute timer.

Manufacturer lists red 25.04, blue 89.68, yellow 13.23 and purple 77.95 mW/cm². Purple blends red and blue. This corrects the baseline’s missing-output label. Measurement conditions are not harmonised across brands.

The manufacturer now sells this as the Boost LED Face Mask: 633 nm red + 830 nm near-infrared, 10-minute sessions, €450. LED Mask Specs lists it as Boost Advanced with 56 red and 56 near-infrared LEDs; the LED count was not found on the current page.

The specifications alone cannot answer that. LED count does not establish uniform coverage or clinical outcomes. Comparisons also need measurement conditions, fit, treatment protocol and device-specific evidence.
Eight of the ten list a near-infrared wavelength (700 nm or above): CurrentBody Skin LED Mask Series 2, CurrentBody Skin LED Face Mask Series 3, Dr. Renú SpectraLift Advanced, Nanoleaf LED Light Therapy Face Mask, Omnilux Contour Face, Shark CryoGlow FW312, The Light Salon Boost LED Face Mask (Boost Advanced) and Therabody TheraFace Mask Glo. Dr. Dennis Gross DRx SpectraLite FaceWare Pro and Silk’n LED Face Mask 100 do not list one.
CurrentBody Skin LED Face Mask Series 3, Dr. Dennis Gross DRx SpectraLite FaceWare Pro, Shark CryoGlow FW312 and Therabody TheraFace Mask Glo list 415 nm. Dr. Renú SpectraLift Advanced (465 nm), Nanoleaf LED Light Therapy Face Mask (460 nm) and Silk’n LED Face Mask 100 (463 nm) list a different blue wavelength.
Reported sessions range from 3 minutes (Dr. Dennis Gross DRx SpectraLite FaceWare Pro) to 15 minutes (Dr. Renú SpectraLift Advanced, upper end of its range). Most of the ten list about 10 minutes. Always follow the device’s own manual.
Source pages change. We use the current manufacturer breakdown of 160 lights for Dr. Dennis Gross, add published irradiance for Silk’n and Nanoleaf, and update Dr. Renú’s session guidance. Each change is described in the model’s source note.
No. The manufacturer lists 750 LEDs and six wavelengths for Series 3, versus 236 LEDs and three wavelengths in the Series 2 baseline. We do not infer Series 3 irradiance from Series 2.
No. This is a specification reference, not a treatment recommendation. Follow each device’s manual, including eye protection, contraindications and use limits. For suitability questions, consult a qualified clinician.
