Editorial policy
Every mask gets the same fields, in alphabetical order. There are no scores, awards, rankings or preferred placements. Specifications come from manufacturer pages, which take precedence, and from the LED Mask Specs baseline where a manufacturer page is silent. Each figure keeps its source status.
Research summaries are written from the published PubMed abstract. They report what was done, what was found and what the study cannot show, including small, uncontrolled and null results. Studies are chosen to cover the wavelengths the compared masks list, not to support any brand.
Independence
LED Translated does not use affiliate links, sponsored placements or paid reviews, and does not accept payment for inclusion. Manufacturer links are plain links with no tracking parameters. Every brand is treated by the same rules: a mask is linked from a study only when its listed wavelengths match that study.
Method
We do not test devices. Output figures are manufacturer claims measured under conditions that are rarely published, so they are not a laboratory comparison. “Not found on checked page” means a value was not located during review, not that it does not exist. How to read each specification.
Corrections
Source pages change. When a manufacturer updates a specification, or a reader points out an error with a source, we update the page and record the change in the changelog. Every change is dated.
Not medical advice
Nothing here is medical advice. Follow each device’s manual, including eye protection and contraindications, and ask a qualified clinician about your skin.
